PURPOSE:To recognize whether seals in business stores are true or not by previously storing image data on plural marks of the seals for respective business stores into a storage means and displaying them with the marks of plural seals of the business stores to which slips are transmitted in a district center. CONSTITUTION:Slips A filled in the business stores I-N are data-transferred to a facsimile equipment 1-b in a district center C through a public network 2 by facsimile equipments 1-I to 1-N. OCR 3 reads the content of a FAX slip B and transfers it to a recognition control part 4 as data. The recognition control part 4 previously stores image data of the marks of plural seals for respective business stores I-N into the storage means. Then, the mark of the seal pressed in the transmitted slip is displayed in a display means together with the mark of the seal taken out from the storage means and they are collated. Thus, the district center-side C can recognize whether the seals of the slips in the business stores I-N are true or not. |
