PURPOSE:To simply specify a trouble area by setting an optional microinstruction from outside and to control each register. CONSTITUTION:A shift clock 212 is fixed at a high level and therefore never disturbs the flow of a control signal in a normal working state. Meanwhile a clock 211 is fixed at a low level when a microinstruction is set to a data shift circuit. Thus the input data are shifted by the clock 212 and the data are set to each pipeline register 201. Thus an optional microinstruction can be inputted from outside and the data can be optionally transferred among registers and processed in a CPU. As a result, the trouble detection rate is improved. |
