摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten a span of parts setting time by writing each part within the specified process cycle time from the parts position so far determined into a setting sequence table as setting parts, and when there are only those of parts distant from the specified process cycle time, inserting the nearest one into an interval between the determined part positions. CONSTITUTION:The first parts mounting position is set down to B1, and whether time of up to the part next to this position B1 in the part list is shorter than a process cycle time tau or not is checked, and if it is shorter, the next parts mounting position is set to B2, through which the next parts mounting position of B2 is determined to B3 likewise. If the first next one is search of the position B3 is longer than the process cycle time tau, the residual part lists are checked one after another, thereby adopting such a parts mounting position as being shorter than the process cycle time tau detected first. Supposing that such a parts mounting position as being shorter than the process cycle tau fails to be found out even if all the residual part lists are checked at the position B4, a position B5 or the shortest among others is selected, and then whether a route from B4 to B5 should be adopted or not is studied, but if there is such a route as being shorter than this route, it should be adopted.
