A method and a system thereof for reissuing a written statement through real-time inquiry of appraisal records by using the written statement including an ID and data thereof are provided to assign an ID and a photo to a written statement, so that corresponding jewelry can be confirmed in real time, thereby giving reliability to both of a seller and a buyer while the written statement can be remotely reissued during loss. Contents of a written statement and appraisal information are stored and managed in a DB(11) together with an ID. A remote terminal(wire or wireless device such as PC, portable terminal, PDA, etc.)(30) inquires about the DB in real time, so that appraisal results are received at any time. |
