A building physical distribution administration automation system is provided to easily administrate the building physical distribution by using RFID for managing the material information used in the construction work, a memory for memorizing the radio frequency sensor network and the physical distribution information, and the display technique for showing the memorized information. A building physical distribution administration automation system comprises: a RFID tag(10) in which the information of the material manufactured in a factory is stored and which is adhered to the material; a portable terminal(20) for reading the information of the material from the RFID tag and sending and receiving the information; an intelligent palette(30) in which a palette management system reads the information of the material from the RFID tag, and sends and receives the information; an intelligent trailer(50) for forwarding an intelligent palette loaded the materials, putting into a warehouse in a construction site; an intelligent hoist(70) having a hoist management system, for controlling to move to an installation layer prepared according to the material information; and an administration server of the physical distribution(90) for undergoing an operation process the information of the received material and storing and managing the information.
