An online and offline integrated advertising system using an apartment homepage and an advertisement output terminal and a method of controlling the same are provided to create a telephone directory of telephone numbers of online advertisers and place the telephone directory under an online advertisement terminal such that a user freely uses the telephone directory to thereby improve online advertisement effect. An online and offline integrated advertising system using an apartment homepage and an advertisement output terminal includes an advertiser client(50) having advertisement information in a file form, a local area advertising homepage(40) through which the advertisement information is inputted, an advertisement server(20) storing advertisement information, an apartment homepage(30) storing notice and news, and an advertisement output terminal(10) outputting data transmitted from the apartment homepage and the advertisement server. |
