FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to obstetrics. Abdomen circumference, height of uterus fundus above lap, D.spinarum of pelvis of woman are determined. Fetus weight is calculated by formula: M=-1856.13+93.19*A+20.48*B+23.16*C, where: M is fetus weight before labour, g; A D.spinarum, in cm; B - abdomen circumference, in cm; C - height of uterus fundus above lap, in cm; 1856.13; 93.19; 20.48; 23.16 -numeric prognostic coefficient.
