a control executing section for scanning a key matrix through a buffer, and for storing data through another buffer by latching a multi-frequency transmitting section, to transmit the data in the form of analogue data; a main control section for reading the analogue data in the form of digital data, the reading being made from a multi-frequency receiving section through still another buffer to a central processing unit. According to the present invention, video signals can be switched manually or automatically as desired by the user, such that, the apparatus can be applied to fields such as CCTV, theft preventing monitors, fire monitors and the like.
