The circuit includes a first rectifying section (10) and a second rectifying section (20). The first rectifying section (10) includes: a power transformer for inducing voltages in its secondary coils; a plurality of rectifying diodes (D1-D4) for rectifying the voltages induced in the secondary coils; a first flattening section for flattening the voltage between the diodes (D1) and (D2) ; and a second flattening section for flattening the voltage between the cathode of the diode D2 and a grounded line of a secondary coil. The second rectifying section (20) includes a third flattening means and a fourth flattening means, thereby protecting the circuit.
