FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: effect is achieved by method of sheet thermoplastics molding, which includes fixation of blank, its heating to plastic condition, molding in tool, molding surface of which is provided with anti-friction compound, product cooling and withdrawal. At that molding surface of matrix, puncheon and frame that fixes blank are made of wood. Wood is previously soaked for one day in hot solution prepared by mixing of equal shares of water solutions of bischofite with concentration of 60-82% and 50% solution of 70% laundry soap and dried for two days. ^ EFFECT: equal thickness of products and proper quality of their surface at low prime cost of manufacture. |
