This is a sheet feed magazine, comprising: a chamber (16) designed to receive a set of sheets (12) which are mutually superposed, the chamber comprising a wall (18) having a sheet exit slot (18f); means (28) incorporated in the chamber for coming into contact with each of the sheets and for advancing the latter so as to cause them to emerge from the chamber through the exit slot. The sheet advance means comprising means equipped with rollers (48) are intended to come into contact with the sheet and to advance it. The invention is used in the field of X-ray photography. <IMAGE>
