PURPOSE:To obtain a resin component for a toner superior in the electrification of the toner, electrostatically charging environmental dependency and preservation by incorporating two kinds of different polymers in the resin component for the toner, and imparting a sufficiently low limit fixing temp. CONSTITUTION:A polymer (A) having a glass transition temp. of 30-90'C which is polymerized a mixture of polymerized monomers being styrene or styrene as an essential component at 150-250 deg.C, and a polymer (B) whose double bond present on the polymer chain is substantially vanished by a reaction with a Lewis acid are incorporated at 5-90 wt. % in the resin component for toner. Thus the excellent lower temperature fixing property and resistance to the host offset property are imparted to the toner and the resin component for the toner without generation of fogging due to electrification unevenness is obtained. |
