The subject of the invention is the products of formula (I): <IMAGE> in which: R1 represents an alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or alkylthio radical containing at most 10 carbon atoms or a cycloalkyl radical containing from 3 to 7 carbon atoms, all these radicals optionally being substituted, R2 and R3, which are identical or different, are chosen from: a) the hydrogen atom or mercapto, formyl, acyl, carboxyl, in which the carboxyl may be free, salified or esterified, nitro, cyano or -PO3(R)2 radicals, in which R represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or aryl radical, b) the R4, <IMAGE> and <IMAGE> radicals in which: n represents the values 0, 1 or 2, X represents an optionally substituted aryl radical, R4 represents a hydroxyl radical, an alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy or acyloxy radical containing at most 6 carbon atoms, an amino radical optionally substituted by one or two identical or different alkyl radicals containing at most 6 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl radical containing from 3 to 6 carbon atoms or an aryl radical, the alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxy, cycloalkyl and aryl radicals optionally being substituted, the said products of formula (I) being in any possible isomeric form, racemic, enantiomeric and diasteroisomeric, and the addition salts with inorganic and organic acids or with inorganic and organic bases of the said products of formula (I), process for their preparation and the intermediates in this process. These products have advantageous pharmacological properties which justify their use as medicaments.
