Transmitter/receiver device including an integrated circuit comprising a frequency duplexer (10) for sending out a first signal V1 and receiving a second signal V2 on a signal pole N3. In this device, the integrated frequency duplexer (10) is a directional coupler having two so-called first poles (N1, N2) linked by electromagnetic coupling to two so-called second poles (N3, N4), one of the so-called first poles N1 constituting an input for the first signal V1 originating from a first amplifier DELTA 1, and the other so-called first pole N2 constituting an output for the second signal V2, which propagates to the input of a second amplifier DELTA 2, and one of the so-called second poles N3 constituting an output for the first signal V1 and an input for the second signal V2, and the other of the so-called second poles N4 being isolated.
