PURPOSE:To obtain required information accurately without an error by sending a light which informs substantially warning or a position by its blinking period while information is superimposed thereon, extracting the information from the light and displaying the result visually. CONSTITUTION:A light from a discharging tube 1 is reflected in a reflecting mirror 4, the reflected light reaches a reflecting mirror 5 via a lens 3 and radiates at the outside of a device and is observed by a person. A pattern data is written in a memory 8 corresponding to the operation of a keyboard of a setting section 9. A read section 10 receiving an activating signal reads the pattern data in the memory 8 in its own timing, gives the data to an optical shutter element driving section 7 and an optical shutter element 6 is controlled based on the pattern data. The light reaches a hole mirror 42 through a telescopic lens 41, the part reaches the photodetector 51 of an information extracting device 50, the other is reflected and reaches an eyepiece lens 45 via a field lens 44 from a mirror 43, and the information such as a flight number displayed on a display section 52 is visible from the eyepiece 46 together with an outer object. |
