PURPOSE:To determine the leakage of heat exchanging medium from a vessel efficiently and quickly by a method wherein the leakage of the heat exchanging medium from the vessel is detected by a detecting means while an informing means is operated in accordance with the detection of leakage of the heat exchanging medium by the detecting means. CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with a detecting means S, measuring a conductivity showing the property of heat medium solution and arranged in a recovery chamber 6, a deciding means 13, deciding whether the measured value of the conductivity is higher than a set value or not based on an information from the detecting means S, and an informing means 14, alarming through a lamp or a buzzer based on the information from the deciding means 13 when the measured value of the conductivity has become higher than a set value whereby the leakage of heat accumulating agent into the heat medium solution due to the breakage of a vessel 12 is detected and informed automatically. |
