<p>PURPOSE:To automatically pour an optimum amount of beer and froth by a method wherein a composite nozzle formed with a nozzle for froth having a froth pouring end located in the vicinity of a practical use nozzle and the practical nozzle in the composite nozzle are vertically driven throughout the size of a jockey placed on a jockey support table. CONSTITUTION:When a large jockey switch 23 of a control panel 35 is pressed, a control part 32 first controls a jockey inclining means 8 according to an operation program. By expanding a cylinder rod 10 through operation of a hydraulic cylinder 9, a jockey J on a horizontal plate 5a of a jockey support table 5 is rotated and brought into an inclination state. Secondly, through control of the control part 32, a motor 17 of a practical nozzle drive means 14 is run to lower the practical nozzle 11 through a pinion 16 and a rack 15, and the practical nozzle 11 is caused to front on the inner wall surface of the opening of the jockey J. Through control of the control part 32, beer of draft beer is poured from a beer feed source through a nozzle end 11b of the practical nozzle 11 toward the upper inner wall surface of the jockey J. Through control of the control part 32, froth in an amount equivalent to approximate 20% of the capacity of the jockey from a froth feed source is poured in the jockey J through a pouring end 12a of a nozzle 12 for froth.</p> |
