PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of an optical transmission module by using specific superconductor ceramics as the materials of patterns, which connect each terminal formed on a substrate with a circuit element or an integrated circuit, and besides as the material of foot. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting integrated circuit 11 and a small-sized transistor 12 for driving are formed on a substrate, and those are connected by the pattern 13 which are formed on the substrate and shown by oblique lines. Moreover, foot pins 38 are attached to an optical transmitting module where a transmitting part and a receiving part are united. And as the materials of these patterns or foot pins 38, superconductor ceramics, wherein superconduction transition temperature is above ordinary temperature but below electronic circuit element breaking temperature, is used. |
