PURPOSE:To make it possible to attract mist electrically to an insulating material, and prevent the attachment of the mist to the inner surface of a gas diffusing hole to deform the hold by using the insulating material wherein electric charge can be built up for the surface of a space forming material on the side facing a space part. CONSTITUTION:An insulating layer 10A wherein electric charge can be built up is provided on the surface of a space forming material on the side facing a space part. When, e.g. corrosive mist is contained in a sample gas which is introduced through a gas diffusing hole 1A, the mist can be a electrically attracted to the insulating layer 10A. Thus, the attachment of the mist on the inner surface of the gas diffusing hole 1A and the deformation of the hole can be prevented. The characteristics of a limiting current are always kept in the same state, and the measurement of the concentration of oxygen can be accurately performed, and the service life can be prolonged. |
