摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive high strength and high conductivity copper alloy for electronic equipment excellent in strength, electrical conductivity, heat resistance, bendability or the like by specifying the compsn. constituted of Cr, Sn, Ni and Cu. CONSTITUTION:This is a high strength and high conductivity copper alloy for electronic equipment contg., by weight, 0.005 to 1.5% Cr, 0.28 to 1.0% Sn and 0.01 to <0.2% Ni, furthermore contg., as assistant components, total 0.01 to 2.0% of one or more kinds among Al, Be, Hf, In, Ti and Zr and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities. The alloy is excellent in properties such as bendability or the like as well and is suitable for electrical conducting spring materials or the like such as the lead frame material, terminal, etc., of a semiconductor integrated circuit.
