GUSSET BAG OF KONJAK PACKED IN RAW

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent bags from being in disorder even if they are stacked on one another by a method wherein a longitudinal fusing part exists lengthwise on the widest area according to a shape of a hexahedral konjak and lateral parts are fused with gusset folds as wide as a half of thickness of the konjak are provided on thick parts on both ends. CONSTITUTION:A longitudinal fusing parts 3 positioned on both ends of a film are fused with each other and portions corresponding to a thickness 6 are folded in gussets. A single konjak bag is produced per process wherein lateral fusing parts 4 are fused with gussets folded and the film is cut along a cut line 7. After the front lateral fusing part 4 is fused and cut while the film is running, contents are put into the bag and the next lateral fusing part 4 is fused and cut. KOP is used as a base film 8, while a printing machine is used to apply gravure on one of the sides and apply ink adhesive 9 by means of gravure printing on the other side. The produced bag is stretchable on the longitudinal fusing part 3, so that the lateral parts can be folded toward a surface 2, thereby realizing a compact shape which is most suitable for distribution.
