A system and a method for managing entrance/exit of a guest room is provided to maximally prevent contact between users who want to enter or exit and people who enter/exit, thereby protecting personal private life. While a user terminal(20) senses a person who enters/exits thorough a door of a hotel and make the person to wait, the user terminal guides the person who enters/exits to a guest room selected according to guide information if a person who exits does not use an elevator. While a guest room terminal(10) makes a person of a specific guest room who exits to wait, the guest room terminal guides the corresponding person who enters/exits to a door or a basement parking lot if the person who enters/exits does not use an elevator. |
