<p>A swash plate for compressor and a coating method thereof are provided to achieve secure coating by making a part of the swash plate surface rougher than the other part, and to make the rotation of the swash plate smooth through the roughening part being formed on the swash plate surface. The surface of a swash plate for compressor comprises a polishing part and a roughening part whose surface roughness is higher than that of the polishing part, where the roughening part has the shape of arc. A coating method of the swash plate a step of polishing the surface of the swash plate(S10), a step of mounting a cover plate to the top surface of the swash plate(S11), a step of roughly polishing the surface of the swash plate exposed from the cover plate(S12), a step of separating the cover plate from the swash plate(S13), and a step of coating the surface of the swash plate(S14).</p> |
