摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To increase pH value of adhered material on a wall surface of a combustion discharging gas processing device and to prevent any corrosion of the adhered material by a method wherein combustion discharging gas got from a melting furnace for use in melting sludge of a purifying tank is guided to a combustion discharging gas processing device and then lime agent is injected into the combustion discharging gas in the midway part of a flue passage. CONSTITUTION:Lime agent 8 injected in the midway part of a flue passage is adsorbed together with P, P2O5 of combustion discharging gas 4. P, P2O5 and Ca(OH)2 or CaO are reacted with each other to generate various calcium phosphate such as tri-lime phosphate or the like. Calcium sulphate is generated under a reaction of SO2 and Ca(OH)2 or CaO of the combustion discharging gas 4. Calcium chloride is generated under a reaction of HC1, Ca(OH)2 and CaO in the combustion discharging gas 4. P, P2O5, SO2 and HC1 in the combustion discharging gas 4 are adsorbed as calcium phosphate, calcium sulphate and calcium chloride under a reaction with Ca(OH)2 or CaO and the pH value of the adhered substance 9 at a waste heat recovery device 6 and a wall surface of a discharging gas processing tower 7 is increased and corrosion of the device is prevented.</p>
