An improvement in the heating device utilizing the hydration of calcium oxide with water, wherein: a first point of the improvement is such that a maximum hydration reaction heat is obtained with the addition of magnesium chloride to water and swell of hydrated calcium oxide is controlled; and, as a second point, a resin bag high in sealing and tearing properties is used as a water bag and another resin bag for containing heat generating agents which has high atmosphere barrier and tearing properties, and thermal contraction, is used, which bags are fixed to a paper board so as to be torn and opened at the same time with the use of a yarn having an opening and tearing function provided by leverage thereof, thereby ensuring operational stability. |
