PURPOSE:To prevent a dielectric breakdown against a large excitation current by a method wherein a magnetizer main body is formed of an insulating material whose shape is the same as a yoke and an excitation conductor is fitted and attached to a wiring groove. CONSTITUTION:Wiring grooves 1b which are straight in the axial direction are formed, at a definite pitch, in the inner circumferential face of a magnetizer main body 1 of an insulating material. While an excitation conductor 4 is turned down, it is fitted and attached to the grooves. Each gap between the conductor 4 and the grooves 1b is filled with a layer 3 of an adhesive or a coating tube. Since a high-permeability material is replaced with the insulating material, it is not required to execute a troublesome insulation between the conductor and a yoke. The magnetic characteristic of the magnetizer main body formed of the insulating material is inferior to that of the high-permeability material. However, when an excitation current of about 1000A is made to flow to a small-sized magnetization apparatus momentarily, the yoke is magnetically saturated simply. As a result, the difference between a case using the yoke and that without using the yoke is small. |
