PURPOSE:To allow the easy identification of one set of the mask original plates and to set the original plates to an image forming device according to sequence by providing an image carrying part to which information is transmitted by visual recognition with the same information as the information of bar codes on the outside of an image forming area. CONSTITUTION:The 1st bar code 92a indicating a red color is printed on the mask original plate 15R and R92a of alphabets indicating the same meaning as the meaning of this code is printed alongside this cord. The 2nd bar code 93a indicating the number of output sheets is printed on the original plate 15R but the number of the output sheets indicating the same meaning as the meaning of the code 93 is printed by Arabic figures 95a alongside this code. Similarly, G94b, B94c and figures 95b, 95c are printed on the mask original plates 15G, 15B. Further, the class mark 96 and registration mark 97 are printed on the originals respectively. The kind and number of the original mask original plates are identifiable at a glance in this way and, therefore, one set of the masks are easily taken out and the setting of the masks according to the sequence is possible. |
