PURPOSE:To uniformly mixing plural foodstuffs using a function of a rotating agitation member by having plural stirrer bars built-in in a rotary vessel in a special state, charging the plural foodstuffs in the rotary vessel, tightly sealing the vessel and rotating the tightly sealed vessel. CONSTITUTION:A rotary vessel 1 is stood so as to direct an opening part to the right above the operating a control handle. A cover unit 11 attached to the opening part is removed in this state and plural foodstuffs are charged into the rotary vessel. The cover unit is attached again and the rotary vessel is tightly sealed. The control handle is operated again to lay the rotary vessel so that the axis of the rotation may be horizontal. The rotary vessel is then driven to rotate in this state, thus uniformly mixing the foodstuffs by the action of a rotating agitation member. |
