<p>A compound represented by general formula (I), and a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, having antiallergic and antiinflammatory actions and being useful as a medicine for bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis and so forth. In the formula, A represents -(O)m-(CHR4)n- wherein R4 represents hydrogen or alkyl, and m and n each represents 0 or 1; B represents oxygen or -S(O)¿p?- wherein p represents 0 to 2; R?1¿ represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen, halogenoalkyl or hydroxy; R2 represents substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkenyl or aralkyl; R8 represents hydrogen, lower alkoxy, or halogen; R9 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower acyloxy, halogen, nitro or hydroxy; and R10 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl.</p> |
