The nozzles (7, 8, 30) are positioned to guide the axial sections of the wire electrode (1) supplied with a processing voltage. The material (12) to be machined and the pair of nozzles (7, 8, 30) are moved relative to each other in order to carry out a spark erosion process on the material. One nozzle (30) of the pair of nozzles is made of a magnetic substance and is provided with an inbuilt e.m. coil (19) so that this nozzle (30) works as an electromagnet to attract a part or the entire material, hold it tight and to deliver it. The nozzle with the integrated magnetic coil is so fixed, removable at a movement device in the direction of the Z-axis, that the nozzle as an entity or only the coil can be replaced. ADVANTAGE - Can hold and deliver small workpiece, with basic material delivered to workpiece table and removed from it.
