Closure flap for box pallets - is swivel connected to pallet and has locking elements with tension slider

The closure flap for box pallets. It has beaded edges (1.1) and/or marginal angles (12) and is connected for articulated movement to the lower part of the pallet, eg a half-height end wall (3). It uses hinged yokes (2,1) which have support lugs (2.1.2) on each side. Above the centre of the closure flap there are locks (4) which consist of known tension eccentrics which are provided with a tension slider (4.5) whose tension claw engages into the side wall (5) of the box pallet which is flush on the outside in the relaxed state. When the eccentric is tensioned it tautly adjoins the side parts of the closure flap wherein the locks in therir structural height do not project over the beaded edges or marginal angles. USE/ADVANTAGE - The box pallet is stabilised in the closed state but can be opened and closed easily without danger of accidental opening.
