PURPOSE:To certainly laminate a dye LB film inferior to close adhesiveness and to allow the laminated dye LB film to develop predetermined optical characteristics by laminating the dye LB films requiring annealing treatment after film formation to a substrate from the first layer to the K-th layer and laminating dye 18 films good in mutual close adhesiveness thereon in a mutually adjacent state. CONSTITUTION:For example, in an optical recording medium in the case of N=3 and K=1, at first, the first dye LB film F1 is formed on a substrate 10 using a dye D-1 being an annealing required dye. Annealing treatment for forming a stable J-association wherein the peak of an absorption spectrum is further shifted toward a long wavelength to become steeper is applied to the dye LB film F1. The second and third layers are laminated to the dye LB film F1 using dyes D-2, D-3 but, since the dye D-3 is a lamination limiting dye forming a layer on which a dye LB film due to other dye can not be laminated, the second dye LB film F2 is laminated on the dye LB film F1 using the dye D-2 and, next, the third dye LB film F3 is laminated using the dye D-3. |
