METHOD FOR DETECTING MYCOPLASMA

摘要

PURPOSE:To quickly and simply detect mycoplasma in a sample in high sensitivity by detecting DNA sequence coding gammaRNA of mycoplasma. CONSTITUTION:Detection of mycoplasma is carried out by detecting DNA sequence coding gammaRNA of mycoplasma or detecting DNA sequence specific to mycoplasma of part thereof. Furthermore, detection of DNA sequence is carried out by PCR method using gene amplifying kid and automatic gene amplifying device containing an oligonucleotide primer and tack polymerizer for amplifying the above-mentioned DNA sequence.
