PURPOSE:To improve coiling ability, heat resistance, and moisture resistance by applying and baking a lubricating insulated paint formed out of a polyether sulfon resin and a silicone modified epoxy resin of specified ratios, that are dispersed and dissolved in an organic solvent, on a conductor directly, or through an insulated film. CONSTITUTION:A reactive silicone of the amount of molecules of 100010000 that has an amino group on the end, and a bisphenol A-type epoxy resin of epoxy equivalent of 450-4000, are reacted with each other for 100 weight part of polyethersulfon resin. A silicone modified epoxy resin thus obtained is added to the polyethersulfon by 0.1-20 weight part, or preferably 5-15 weight part, and they are dispersed and dissolved in an organic solvent so as to form o lubricating insulated paint, which is applied and baked on a conductor directly or through an insulated film. The polyethersulfon resin is a thermoplastic polymer obtained by polymerization reaction of dichlorodiphenylsulfon. A homogenous surface lubricating feature can be obtained thereby, while coiling feature, heat and moisture resistance can thus be improved. |
