PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated film using a small amt. of adhesive with a pref. adhesive strength by applying the adhesive in a spot-like state and placing a space uncoated with the adhesive between the spots of the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The first film 1 is coated with an adhesive 3 in a spot-like state by using a roll on the surface of which cells 4, e.g. with a diameter of 0.2mm and a depth of 95mum, are arranged at a distance of 0.34mm. Then, the second film 2 is bonded therewith. On the obtd. laminated film, the adhesive parts are extended by pressing and the same adhering effect as the conventional one is obtd. by using a small amt. of the adhesive. The adhesive is extended 3-4-fold of the cell area by applying the adhesive in a spot-like state using a roll having fine recessed parts 4 (cells) to increase adhering area. Even if a small amt. of the adhesive is uniformly distributed, enough adhesive strength can be obtd. In addition, even lf spaces 5 uncoated with the adhesive 3 exist, if they exist uniformly and are finely divided, enough adhesive strength can be obtd. |
