At least one wall aperture is provided in the outlet container, and connected to it is at least one insert part which influences the flow through the aperture. The insert part connects to the aperture by means of releasable fixtures. These fixtures are form as a pivot closure with at least one pivot tensioner (R,R') pivotably held in a first counter bearing (W1) and engaging behind a second counter bearing (W2) with draw force.
