PURPOSE:To offer this guided electric motor car whose operability is improved by traveling the car along a guide line while detecting a magnetic field generated in the guide line buried under the surface of a road in a guided mode, and traveling it by the operation of an operating means in a manual steering mode. CONSTITUTION:When an operating lever 32 is shifted to a second position, an operation mode is switched to the guided mode. When a start switch 30 is operated, a control circuit means 95 drives a driving motor 3 through a driving circuit 96, and a golf cart is traveled. While detecting coils 14a, 14b detect an alternating magnetic field generated in the guide line 15, an angle controlling motor 7 is controlled by the difference of their detection outputs, and the angle of a caster 5 to a main body 1 is controlled so that the golf cart is traveled along the line 15. When the lever 32 is shifted to a first position, the mode is switched to the manual steering mode. When the switch 30 is operated, the motor 3 is driven, and the cart is traveled. When the lever 32 is operated, a volume 35 is controlled, and the angle controlling motor 7 is controlled, and the angle of the caster 5 to the main body 1 is controlled so as to steer a traveling direction to the direction desired with an operator. |
