PURPOSE:To prevent a crack from reaching the surface section when the crack is generated in an in-mold coat by setting properly a thick film of in-mold coat, the inner diameter of hollow spherical particles contained in a molding material and the like. CONSTITUTION:A molding material is placed on a core mold 8, and a cavity mold 4 is mold clamped and press molding is carried out. An in-mold coat 31 is formed from a nozzle section 20b through the hole of the surface of a molded product W. The film thickness (t) of in-mold coat 31 and the inner diameter (d) of hollow spherical particles 30B are set as the values to satisfy the relation of formula 1 in which the temperature at the time of manufacturing the hollow spherical particles 30B as Tb deg.K, and the molding temperature as T deg.K. The minimum diameter D of mold crack C to be generated is mostly approximately 2.5mum, and when setting is as Tb=296 deg., K=23 deg.C molding temperature T=423 deg. and K=150 deg.C and the in-mold coat film thickness (t) is, for example, 300mum, 150mum and 80mum, the crack C is not formed to the extent of the surface of the in-mold coat 31 as far as the hollow spherical particles 30B having the inner diameter (d) of 18.7mum, 14.8mum and 12mum or less respectively are used. |
