The shift coupling with synchroniser for vehicles has a clutch sleeve (6) with inner teeth (7) and which moves axially in the outer teeth (5) of a guide-sleeve (7) joined to the shaft (1). The inner teeth (7) incorporate coupling-teeth the ends of each of which engage with the outer teeth (10,11) of a gear wheel (2,3) coaxial with the clutch sleeve (6).
