PURPOSE:To continue communication with excellent quality while selecting base stations by allocating a new channel to each base station only at a specific frame set for each base station and starting the transmission from each base station when communication is started newly or a channel is changed over during the communication. CONSTITUTION:A base station 30 consists of a control station 31, a memory 32, a reception power measuring circuit 33, a reception circuit 34 and transmission circuit 35 and similarly a mobile station 60 consists of a control section 61, a memory 62, a reception power measuring circuit 63, a reception circuit 64 and a transmission circuit 65 and they are interconnected as shown in figure. The control sections 31 and 61 switch and control channel. It is required to set different switching frames as shown in figure for base stations interfering with each other. That is, base stations 10a-10c are switched by different frames and the base stations 10a and 10d, 10b and 10e and 10c and 10f are switched by a same frame respectively. Thus, the base stations 10b, 10c, 10d, and 10d, 10e, 10f, and 10b, 10d, 10f are switched with different frames respectively.
