PURPOSE:To make a door free in opening and closing and thin a side plate by setting the lower hinge pin of the door in the hinge pin hole at the part where the front of the bottom plate of a cage is projected to the surface of a door, and setting the upper hinge pin of the top plate of the cage in the hole at the upside of the door. CONSTITUTION:The bottom plate 4 of the cage 2 of a control panel 1 is projected to the front of a door 3, and a front projecting part 4A and a pin hole 4B are provided. The fixing part 9a of a lower hinge pin 9 is welded to the corner on the inside of the door 3, and a pin part 9B is set in the pin hole 3A of the door 3 and the pin hole 4B of the bottom plate 4. Moreover, an upper hinge pin 11, which is welded to the upper metal fitting 10 being attached to the upside of a top plate 6 by a bolt 13 and a nut, set in the pin hole 3A of the bearing 12 welded to the upper inside of the door 3. The door 3 is supported freely in opening and closing at the upper and lower hinge parts, and the weight of the door 3 is borne at the angle of the bottom plate 4. Hereby, the side plate 5 and the top plate 6 are made of thin plates, and flange parts 5A and 6A are constituted easily at the whole circumference of the front, and packings 31 are interposed (G) between them and the inward crook 3B of the door 3, whereby the penetration of dust can be prevented. |
