<p>A naphthothiopyranone derivative of general formula (I) or an acid addition salt thereof, wherein R1 represents hydrogen or C¿1? to C4 alkyl. It has a more excellent serotonin 3 receptor antagonism than that of conventional compounds and various actions based thereon, e.g., an antiemetic action, an action of regulating gastrointestinal movement, and an antianxiety action.</p> |
