Goods display carrier with detachable securing device - has loop running round goods and closed by paper strip but leaving visible area

The goods display unit has at least one support (10) and a detachable transport security element in the form of a loop (14,16) which runs round the articles (12) and is closed by at least one paper strip (16) in order to secure the goods on the support. The loop runs free at least over a visible surface of the display unit and the loop closure is produced by an adhesive layer (18) which is restricted to the relevant closure area of the paper strip (16). The loop can be formed inpart by the display support (10) or by a lid (14). The paper strip pref has a fibre adjustment in the loop circumferential direction. USE/ADVANTAGE - Goods display unit adhesive is only applied to the closure area the rest of the paper can be recycled after use.
