The interface for an expert system contains an arrangement for adjusting an threshold value for each conclusion, an arrangement for compating the probability of a conclusion and a corresp. threshold and to output a conclusion with a probability greater than or equal to the threshold. A false information input device is used to enter invald information with a conclusion with a probability greater than or equal to the threshold or valid information with a probability less than the threshold. The threshold is adjusted to eliminate errors. ADVANTAGE - Enables probability of each conclusion to be determined and its validity verified.
