RELEASING MATERIAL FOR CERAMIC SINTERED MATERIAL

A release agent (3) for a ceramic sintered body (1) of 100 g organic solvent of 88-92 % toluene and 8-12 % ethanol, 3-7 g organic binder of polyvinylbutyral containing 80-90 % butyral, 15-25 g metal oxide (2) of Al2O3 or ZrO2 and 1-3 g dispersant of triolein. The release agent for ceramic substrates prevents a local adhesion and deformation of the sintered body.
