MECHANISM FOR TRANSPORTING CUT PAPER

PURPOSE:To allow the switching of a face-up and a face-down and to increase a printing speed by enclosing a reverse plate with a paper path for face-up discharging and a paper path for face-down discharging. CONSTITUTION:This mechanism is constituted by having a switching gate 4 right behind a delivery roller 3 and enclosing the reverse plate 5 of a switch back mechanism with the paper path 6 for face-up discharging and the paper path 7 for face-down discharging. The paper printed on one surface is delivered by the delivery roller 3 and is introduced to the paper path 6 for the face-down discharging by the operation of the switching gate 4 in the case of the face-up discharging. This paper is discharged in the state of the face-up on a stacker 11 by discharging rollers 10 existing before this bath. The face-up and face-down discharging is executed in this way and the degradation in the printing speed is obviated.
