<p>PURPOSE:To surely prevent a tape from being wound around and running on a cylinder and to eliminate the damage of the tape even in the case of the deviation of the tape from a prescribed tape running path by providing a tape rolling-in preventing member and a tape running-on preventing member in the vicinity of the tape running path. CONSTITUTION:A tape rolling-in preventing member 17 is provided on the cylinder entrance side part, namely, upper stream of an entrance-side guide roll 11 in the rotational direction of the rotating cylinder, and the intrusion of a tape 4 fed out from the cylinder exit side is prevented by this member 17. A cylinder running-on preventing member 18 is provided to cover the periphery and the upper part of the cylinder, and this member 18 is provided with a slope 9 to the upper stream in the rotational direction of the rotating cylinder to forcibly converge the tape 4 running on the cylinder. Thus, the running of the tape 4 is always controlled to prevent the damage of the tape 4.</p> |
