PURPOSE:To precisely control the remaining cash amounts of all automatic transaction terminal devices in a business office by receiving information regarding the remaining cash amount from each terminal device by sending commands to all terminal devices from a general purpose terminal device through a communication circuit when the amounts of all terminal devices are to be checked. CONSTITUTION:The operator of a business office operates a general purpose terminal device 5 and inputs an instruction for displaying a remaining cash amount displaying picture on the display 55 of the device 5 from a keyboard 56. When the operator presses a completion key after inputting the machine number designating a pertinent automatic transaction terminal device, the device 5 sends a remaining cash amount informing command to all automatic transaction terminal devices 1-4 or the designated device through a connection interface 54. Each terminal device 1-4 receives the command and sends the information regarding the remaining cash amount of each terminal device 1-4 to the device 5 which has issued the command. Therefore, the remaining cash amount of each automatic transaction terminal device can collectively be controlled. |
