PURPOSE:To collect oil dusts immersed into a fan casing with a porous panel by a method wherein the porous panel is removably installed in a suction casing constituting a suction side of the fan casing, a panel having integrally formed with an orifice is removably arranged in front of the fan casing in a spaced- apart relation. CONSTITUTION:A suction casing 13 has a porous panel 15 which is removably installed in it. A panel 9 integral with an orifice is disposed at a front surface of a fan casing 14 with a spaced-apart clearance being left between it and the suction casing 13. Air inside the fan casing 14 passes through the porous panel 15 removably installed in the suction casing 13, the air is discharged out of the fan facing 14 and is apt to return from a spacing 12a between a suction port of the fan casing 14 and a vane wheel 3 as well as from an outer circumference of the vane wheel 3 into the suction port again. That is, a part of the oil dusts generated during a cooking operation enters the fan casing 14 and is collected by the porous panel 15. |
