PURPOSE:To draw a graphic even in a coordinate space outside a usually handled coordinate space by detecting points outside the usually handled coordinate space and converting real addresses in corresponding to the detected points. CONSTITUTION:Coordinates of plotting points are generated by a plotting point coordinate generator 1 and graphic drawing is performed in accordance with real addresses generated by a coordinate-real address generator 3 to a point B. When the graphic drawing reaches the point B, the graphic drawing is performed in accordance with real addresses which are obtained by adding the real addresses generated by the generator 3 to addresses of contents of an offset address register 5 by means of an adder 6 to another point C, since it is detected by a detector 2 for detecting points outside coordinate space that the graphic drawing has reached a boundary point of the coordinate space. Upon reaching a point C, the original control is restarted, since the plotting point coordinate again enters to the usually handled coordinate space. Consequently, the drawing of the graphic is enable even in a coordinate space outside the usually handled coordinate space. |
